After evaluating a project’s materials and budget requirements, The Callicrate Company will explore the best options for interior finishes such as flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, door and window trim, hardware, tile and stone, lighting, appliances, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, fireplaces, custom built-ins and architectural details.

Detailed and in-depth documentation of the interior finishes is created prior to construction, for use as a guideline by the architect and contractor. This ensures that all materials are ordered correctly, in a timely manner and are installed to the proper standard. Specifications are provided in a room-by-room format as well as by division, as defined by the Construction Specifications Institute‘s Master Format. Included in the specifications documents are photos, elevations, and installation instructions.

From the initial design concept to the installation of the furnishings, The Callicrate Company creates a living environment that enhances the architectural features of a property, while creating a style that is unique to each client. We develop color palettes, textures and furniture styles that are appropriate for the client, based on their vision of the perfect home.  After a review of the budget, we select furniture, fabrics, accessories, artwork, lighting, and bedding that best fit the lifestyle of our clients.
